Hey Quilters! Welcome to the August 2024 Quilt Block Club. This month, we’re thrilled to feature an array of beautiful quilt blocks, including the Quandra Spark Star, Stellar Star, and Fussy Focus Quilt Block. Quilt Blocks added to the Library
August 2024 has brought even more inspiration to our Quilt Block Club with the addition of some stunning new blocks. Featured this month are the Quandra Spark Star Quilt Block, Stellar Star Quilt Block, and Fussy Focus Quilt Block. These blocks are designed to spark creativity and add a unique touch to your quilting projects, whether you’re creating something special for a loved one or sprucing up your home decor.
As always, these patterns are available to our Quilt Block Club members in the Quilt Block Club Library, one of the many benefits of being a part of our community. Not a member yet? No problem! Guest Interview: Trisch Price and Jenifer Dick of Everyday Stitches
This month, we are thrilled to feature Trisch Price and Jenifer Dick from Everyday Stitches! They both started quilting in the 90s, met at a guild meeting in 2004 and joined forces to create Everyday Stitches in 2015. They are dedicated to bringing quiltmakers of all skill levels accurate and fun quilt patterns! To date they have published 60+ quilt patterns and created the Everyday Curve and Everyday Curve Jr. Template Sets.
In Kansas City they are especially known for their KC Landmark Series commemorating landmarks from the historic Western Auto sign to the Scout statue overlooking downtown.
New in 2024, they are releasing a series of paper-pieced notions patterns starting with Rita the Ripper with four more to be released by fall. The Everyday Curve line includes more than 15 curve-pieced patterns. Their Everyday Appliqué line is full of easy, whimsical designs.
