Our Thread Catcher Swap has officially come to an end, and what a wonderful showcase of creativity it has been! Makers from across the country, along with a few international participants, stitched up thoughtful handmade thread catchers filled with personality, beautiful fabrics, and clever details.
It was lovely to welcome both familiar faces and first-time participants to this community sewing event. Quilt Block Club members enjoyed complimentary access, and whether you found us through email, social media, or a friend’s recommendation, we’re grateful you joined us. A Joyful Zoom Celebration
We brought the Thread Catcher Swap to a close with a cheerful Zoom gathering, giving participants a chance to show off their finished thread catchers and share the inspiration behind their designs. It was wonderful to see the variety of fabrics, creative touches, and clever details everyone incorporated into their projects! Our virtual celebration gave swap partners an opportunity to meet face-to-face, appreciate each other’s handiwork, and enjoy plenty of smiles and laughter. It was the perfect way to celebrate the creativity and friendships that made this swap so special.
