The Pin Cushion Swap has come to a close, and the creativity shared was truly inspiring! Makers from across the country—and even a few international participants—created beautiful handmade pin cushions, each filled with personality, thoughtful details, and care.
This swap welcomed everyone, from longtime members to first-time participants. Quilt Block Club members enjoyed complimentary access, and whether you joined through email, social media, or a friend’s invite, we’re so glad you were part of it and helped make this swap such a success!

One of the highlights of this swap was seeing the photos and stories shared by our amazing community! From classic and elegant styles to fun, colorful designs—and everything in between—each pin cushion reflected creativity and personality. Some makers used treasured fabric from their stash, while others selected fresh prints inspired by their partners. Every piece was truly one-of-a-kind, making this swap extra special.

To wrap up the swap, we hosted a fun and lively Zoom gathering where participants connected, shared their finished pin cushions, and told the stories behind them. These virtual meetups are always a highlight—it’s incredibly special to see everyone’s reactions in real time. Meeting swap partners face-to-face, even virtually, adds an extra layer of excitement. We shared lots of laughs, heartfelt moments, and appreciation for all the beautiful creations.
